Our coffee is locally roasted and is processed from plants grown in tropical climates. It arrives in at a local roaster as green beans in burlap bags. Our is roast our in a 12 Kilo Sasa Samiac roaster that is referred to as “Big Red”.
Cool Beans Coffee Roasters in Marietta, GA roasts our many types of coffee in small batches several times per week. Their philosophy on coffee is that it should not look or taste “Burnt”. Our coffee is roasted to the lighter end of the “dark roast spectrum” which typically appears mahogany or brown in color with no oils present at the end of the roast.
We feel that this is the best profile for beans to taste the fullness of the flavor without getting the “smoky” taste.
